The basics
A Digital Product Passport, or DPP, is a digital record attached to a physical product. You access it by scanning the QR code found on the sewn-in product label.
A DPP shows the underlying data: where the raw material came from, how it moved through the supply chain, and what happens to the product at the end of its life. It turns "we say this is responsibly made" into "here is the record that proves it."

Simple by design

Scan the QR code on the product label.

Access product information and traceability data.

Give your customers confidence through transparent sourcing.
What is the impact?
Sustainability starts with better choices — from the fibers we select to the partners we work with. A Digital Product Passport helps bring that work to life by giving customers visibility into the journey behind each product.
For distributors and brands, transparency matters. A Digital Product Passport provides the documentation and confidence needed to make responsible sourcing decisions easier to communicate and defend.
As expectations around supply chain transparency continue to evolve, we are building solutions today that support a more informed and responsible future for branded merchandise.
This kind of transparency is essential to our partnership as a supplier, and to our ability to guarantee our Made Better™ story
Powered by Aware™
Goldstar® partners with Aware™ for fiber tracing behind our Digital Product Passports.
Aware™, based in Amsterdam, works with producers across global textile supply chains to turn production data into verified, portable proof.
Here is how it works:
Each batch of material gets a unique digital token at the point of production.
As that batch moves through the supply chain, that record travels with it, with each step adding verified data that tells the material’s story.

From claim to experience
Today's customers want to know more about the products they choose. A Digital Product Passport gives brands a simple way to demonstrate responsible sourcing choices, strengthen trust, and create a deeper connection with their audiences.
With a quick scan, customers can discover the journey behind the product, transforming transparency from a claim into an experience.
Where you'll see it
We currently offer a Digital Product Passport on approximately 74% of our bag portfolio, including the Malmö collection and the Aurelia collection. We are continuously expanding this traceability across the line as we develop new products.

This passport doesn't ask you to trust the story. It lets you see it.
Scan the code and see the fibre, the facility, and everything in between, straight from the source. That is what we mean when we say the proof is built in.
