Let's talk about the popular decoration methods and printing techniques that are used to create truly unique, customised advertising tools like promotional products.

Simplicolour® 360°

Items are decorated using our full colour, CMYK digital imprint that applies 360-degree wraparound artwork and offers a large imprint area on all our plastic pen barrels.

ColourJet

Items are decorated using our full colour, CMYK digital imprint method, which produces vibrant, high-quality imprints on a variety of media, including metal pens and products with a soft-touch rubberized finish.

Silkscreen

Decoration uses a mesh screen, ink and blocking stencil to transfer ink onto a variety of surfaces, including hard surfaces like plastic pens. Since each ink colour is set up individually, Silkscreen is more commonly used for 1-colour imprints.

Laser Engraving & Laser 360˚

Laser engraving uses a laser beam to etch away a desired area from a product’s surface to expose the layer below. The etched design (imprint) can typically appear as silver. Additionally, at Goldstar® we offer 360˚ engraving on most of our metal best-selling writing instruments – a great choice for both value and elegance.

Mirror Laser

Mirror Laser engraving, which can typically appear in silver, gold, rose gold and few other colours depending on the item, produces a beautiful, striking mirror finish and an enhanced branding experience.

LaserXL

We also offer LaserXL on the barrel which produces laser mirror-engraved imprints twice the height of standard mirror laser engraving areas. In-line-with-clip option also available on selected products.
